Hi! My name is Nancy Wischmeyer. I have been baking and decorating cakes for more than 25 years and it is just as exciting as it was in the beginning. One of my favorite parts of the process is meeting you and learning about you and your dreams and visions for your special day. Whether your wedding is large or small, your cake can look and taste amazing. The same care and attention is extended to each and every cake created in my kitchen.

Cakes by Nan offers a "no cost, no obligation" cake tasting and consultation, where you´ll have an opportunity to look at a variety of cake styles and designs and share your ideas about your wedding cake. If you have photos or magazines with designs that you like, be sure to bring them along. By scheduling ahead, custom-baked cakes can be prepared for you to sample. I´ll also share detailed information about my services and pricing and outline how I can help you plan your wedding day. And remember, there is no cost or obligation for this service.
